To provide vocational, technical and psychological assistance to the conflict victims and physically disabled people of Nepal, and bringing them back to the mainstream society imparting competence, knowledge and confidence to lead an independent life and also contribute to the national development.

Mission:

• To open doors for conflict victims and physically disabled people for vocational and emotional upliftment.
• To enable the target groups lead independent lives and hence build secure positions for them in the society.
• To overshadow the prejudice prevalent in Nepal regarding the image of physically disabled people and hence provide equal opportunities for them.
• To motivate and involve disabled and conflict victims in various economic activities by giving them knowledge and providing opportunities.
• To develop entrepreneurial skills of the target groups and seek for areas to capitalize on the skills acquired.
• To conduct programs related to personality development of the target groups.
