With a realization that loves, harmony and peace are necessary for the target groups, CVDS aims at creating avenues for its target groups, so that the existing negative views and social prejudice can slowly be eradicated. The organization is clear about its objectives, which can be cited as under;
- To encourage the disabled to developed their mental, educational and financial status.
- To conduct appropriate programs to develop the lifestyle of people victimized by socio-political issues and disabled.
- To enhance co-operative feelings and organized skill oriented programs to address the needs of the target groups.
- To conduct research works to identify the causes of mental and physical retardation and humiliation in the society and launch programs to support the victims.
- To provide scholarship to the disabled children and participate them in education and vocational trainings.
- To encourage target groups by conducting social awareness through various means of media.
- To initiate the management of essential support of materials to target groups.
- To initiate programs that provides medical support and tools to overcome physical disabilities of needy people.
- To publish annual bulletin and magazine highlighting the activities undergone by the target groups of the organization and generate educate information for awareness, education and communication of their status.
